How do I order my magnets?

It’s super simple—just choose your set, upload your favourite photos, and I’ll take care of the rest. Every order is handmade by me (Lisa!) and packaged with love, so all you have to do is smile when it arrives.

What kind of photos should I choose?

Pick the ones that make your heart skip—big smiles, quiet in-between moments, or the ones that just feel right. Bright, clear photos work best. If something’s not quite right, I’ll reach out before printing.

Can I send these as a gift?

Absolutely. Every set is thoughtfully packaged, and you can add the Luxe Gift Box for a ready-to-gift moment. It’s a beautiful way to surprise someone you love.

How long will it take to get my order?

Each set is made to order within 2–4 business days. Once it’s ready, delivery timing depends on where you live:

• Standard: 3–8 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days (if available in your area)

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—orders over $50 ship free Australia-wide.

Will you share my photos on social media?

Only if you give me the go-ahead. There’s a little checkbox at checkout where you can say yes to sharing your magnets. If you’d rather keep them private, that’s totally okay too.
